Payment must be completed in full before a Product is delivered. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and you agree to comply with their terms. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
If a pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected Order and refund any amount paid.
6. Orders and Delivery
An Order is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an Order, for example if we suspect fraud or if a Product is unavailable, in which case any payment received will be refunded.
Products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide or through your online account. Most Products are delivered shortly after payment is confirmed; in some cases delivery may take up to 24 hours. Digital services follow the timeline described on the product page.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking spam or junk folders. If you have not received your Product, please contact us with your order ID.
7. License and Permitted Use
