Are the products physical or digital?
Our products are digital. Nothing is shipped to a physical address; products are delivered electronically by email, download link or online account access.
How will I receive my digital product?
After successful payment, you receive your product or access instructions at the email address you provide. Depending on the product, this may be a download link, a license key, login details, or a message from our team to begin a service.
How long does digital delivery take?
Most digital products are delivered shortly after payment is confirmed. In some cases delivery can take up to 24 hours. Digital services follow the timeline described on the product page.
What should I do if I don't receive my product?
First, check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address used at checkout. If you still haven't received it within 24 hours, contact us at support@pay-at.com with your order ID and we will help.
Can I request a refund?
Because our products are digital, refunds are reviewed case by case under our Refund Policy. You may be eligible if, for example, the product was not delivered, you were charged twice, or the product is faulty and we cannot fix it. Requests should be made within 7 days of purchase.
